Do you need a custom sized matting to fit your tablet? If so, your frame comes with a free coupon that is redeemable through either your online confirmation email or through the QR code card inside your AI Art Frame's packaging.
What to look out for: Please make sure to include the size of your iPad's screen in the areas present on this page. A dimensioning visual is available in the product pictures of this page as well as inside the box. If running into any unusual issues, please contact us, we will assist you as soon as possible.
*When entering custom dimensions, please be sure to accurately measure the screen rather than the border. We recommend turning the tablet to full brightness for this step. Custom dimensions mattings are non-refundable.
