At High Intensity Labs, our aim is to deliver your order in the most efficient and reliable way possible.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer shipping to customers around the globe. However, due to various factors, we currently do not ship to North Korea and certain other countries. Please ensure your country is listed as a delivery option at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping
  2. Expedited Shipping

The estimated delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Please note that all rates will be explicitly mentioned at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to parts of North America, including parts of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This will be applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping delays may sometimes occur that are beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers are advised to contact the shipping provider directly. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if circumstances warrant it.

Package Tracking

We provide package tracking for every order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which allows you to track the progress of your shipment.
