High Intensity Labs Refund Policy

At High Intensity Labs, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Our return policy is designed to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

Return Eligibility

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. The only exceptions are our custom product development services, which are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For these instances, we will gladly offer an exchange.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please apply through our online store or send an email to our customer support team at highintensitylabs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. After we have received and assessed your return request, we will send you further instructions.

Shipping Returns

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 20 days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

As mentioned, custom product development services are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please make sure to consider this before purchasing these services.
